The word FIFA is the abbreviation of Fédération Internationale de Football Association, which is a French name given for an international association football organization founded in Paris on May 21st,1904. But English people named it as International Federation of Association Football and abbreviated it as FIFA. So in English the full form of FIFA is International Federation of Association Football and in French the full form of FIFA is Fédération Internationale de Football Association.
Since English is the most widely used and accepted Language in the world(International Language), English name dominated over French name and so generally the full form of FIFA is International Federation of Association Football .
